Nine years of experience working for the builder Del Webb Sun City, both in Roseville and Lincoln Hills, has given me a great advantage competing with other agents outside the Sun City communities. Why you ask? There are 38 floor plans for the Del Webb/Pulte Models with numerous specific standards and optional upgrades. My knowledge of all the details and costs gives me an advantage over agents who have not experienced the nuances of pricing for sale specific models and upgrades. My background benefits both the buyers and the sellers when selecting an agent to represent them.

My husband Bill has been working as an agent in both the Sun City Roseville and Sun City Lincoln Hills communities since 2002. Prior to that he was a Real Estate Appraiser working with homes in both Sun City communities. My husband and I purchased a home in Sun City Lincoln Hills over 2 years ago. We have found the life style here all we ever thought it would be. We both enjoy playing golf on either one of the 18-hole courses. Bill is on one of the 16 Softball Teams here in Lincoln Hills, and enjoys the sport and the exercise. I try to get to a wonderful art class once a week, for my creative side. We love working and playing in Lincoln Hills.
