Thanks for the opportunity to tell the world about Tish Leo because we are now Lincoln Hills residents largely due to her skills and efforts.

When we began looking in Lincoln Hills we did not have a Realtor® to turn to but as a result of a recommendation from a friend we met Tish and our previous floundering quickly became a methodical search. We immediately recognized that this person was very knowledgeable about the community and housing availability and features of the various properties. This led to our quickly purchasing our new home. Her familiarity with the community is no doubt due to her being a resident and having previously worked for the Del Web Company.

We found her to be a very personable individual who listened to our needs and wants and was able to quickly show us the properties that would meet our criteria. Although very active in her personal and professional life she was always available to our calls. When we had need to contact her she was either immediately available or would promptly return our calls.

Sun City Roseville was our first meeting with Tish. We were just at the looking stage when we first met Tish in 1999. When she realized we were just checking things out she suggested waiting for the upcoming Sun City Lincoln Hills in about a year, so we waited.

It didn’t take but one visit to SCLH to find our future home and lifestyle. Tish worked with us, she guided us, directed us in the right neighborhood, made suggestions about up-grades and always treated us like friends. We moved into our Del Webb home in 2002 and after three years decided to expand buying a Pulte view lot home. Tish met our goals and we had her sell our first home and sold us our second home. The purchase and decisions we made were our choice with her direction for a smooth, clean sale and purchase.

Tish was there in the beginning of SCLH, she knows her stuff; she’s obtainable, friendly and keeps current regarding anything you want to know about this area. Real Estate is her business, she lives here in SCLH. Both she and her husband work as a team at their new office, Sun Ridge Realty at the Ridge Shopping Center here in SCLH.
